Cuishe
Miahuatlán is colloquially referred to as the ‘Land of the Karwinskii’, and Cuishe is the most common agave karwinskii varietal. Tall and slender, with thin, pale green leaves and black thorns. This mezcal is quite aromatic with tones of coffee and flowering fruits. Sweeter upon taste.
