Huxal Mezcal is an exceptional, delicately smoky spirit sustainably grown from agave, harvested by hand, and roasted in traditional conical pits. After the fibers are crushed with an ox-drawn tahona, they are fermented with natural yeasts and distilled in small copper stills.
